The Milano Residences

Last September, we made our third visit to Milano which disappointed me big time! All the staff were extra welcoming apart from the girl at the reception who was very rude and SUPER inconsiderate. I arrived at 9am and waited for 6 hours to check-in (check-in time is at 3pm) only to find out that I couldn't check-in. My boyfriend and I stayed here as a couple (in the same room, of course). And, although I submitted a copy of both of our passports (a requirement for checking-in), which I did 2 weeks prior to our check-in date, the above-mentioned receptionist wouldn't let me check-in without charging me Php350 for an additional access card. Her reason was, the access card is non-transferable, and since my boyfriend was the one who booked the accommodation, it would only be him who could use the access card, which is absolutely nonsense. She told me that I had no other option but to pay the Php350 or wait for my boyfriend to arrive, who would be arriving the next day, or otherwise they won't let me check-in. That was very discourteous behaviour. I had no choice but to pay such amount as I was so sleepy and tired from my long 12 hour road trip. I'm not here to complain about the money, the Php350 was nothing. As a regular patron, all I want is for her to improve her customer service skills, or at least, make an effort to smile to her clients/guests. I didn't like the way she talked to me, it was very offensive. My experience with that employee was somewhat uncomfortable. I normally would never complain but the second incident was even worse... The same staff I have dealt with on my first day continued to try my patience... I politely asked her to keep my luggage at the counter even for a few minutes as I would just buy something from Century City Mall and she strongly said, "NO, that's not allowed. Ask your host to keep your belongings." Frustrated by her behaviour, I just replied, "OKAY, just never mind." and left the condo. The lobby looks elegant with an enchanting ambiance but the elevators were poorly lit and the push-buttons were extremely dark. The rooms we stayed in were cozy and modern. I've got no complaint for its location as it's right in the centre and you can walk almost everywhere without taking a cab. The gym equipment were too complex. The location and rooms are both perfect but I’ve taken off 3 stars because I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Visited a friend who chose to stay here a few times. Overall pretty nice interiors and interesting take on Versace design. I think it's a little over done though and make the place seem less luxurious, also if you don't know where to find it, it is quite but hidden but I like that about this place. The room was great too, 2 bedroom loft type apartment and it even had a mini pool and balcony!

Versace on the floor, I know this condo was designed or with the knowledge of Versace group. The design was bad - going in to the condo will take you like your in a maze looking and reading signs to get in to its designated parking lot. The lobby was horrible it dont meet the expectation or it will be tag MIlano not even Versace it self, honestly it looks like the lobby of a 3star hotel. The staff was good they will assist you - give you service beyond what you expect. The place is secured - because you cannot loiter around different floors - CCTV is available. The unit was not that good, sometimes you will get a very small room - due to its cut and position on the building.... When planning to rent, stay here at Milano Residence - If you want to pay less expensive - try to communicate through directly with the unit owners or use airbnb apps or search in Facebook for groups or google it. This place is just beautiful. We were lucky enough to get a room here for 1 1/2 months and I felt like a king the entire stay. Need laundry done? Just call down and they send someone to take care of it for you. Need some food? Grab food and the concierge will run it up to you. Same with water and anything else you need. The place is very clean, secure and well maintained. The condo we were in was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. If you get lucky enough to be able to buy a condo here or rent here, I highly suggest doing so. It is just so incredibly beautiful and comfortable and you are well taken care of and the staff is just so incredibly friendly!
